Two highly qualified coaches combining fitness, nutrition, sports therapy, and clinical expertise to help women build stronger, healthier, more confident bodies.
We’re Jenny and Katie, a married coaching team helping women build strength, improve their health, and create sustainable fitness and nutrition habits.
Between us, we bring over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, combining coaching, sports therapy, education, and behaviour change expertise.
We work with women around the world through our online coaching, helping them take control of their health with structured, evidence-based support.
Both of us follow a plant-forward approach to nutrition, supporting clients to include more plant foods in a way that is flexible, practical, and sustainable, regardless of their current diet.

Jenny has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 11 years, helping people improve their strength, body composition, and long-term health through evidence-based coaching.

Her background combines fitness coaching, sports therapy, rehabilitation, and education, allowing her to take a broader, more clinical approach to coaching than traditional personal training.
She is passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, with a particular interest in how exercise and nutrition support long-term health and wellbeing.
