We’re Katie and Jenny, a married couple and online vegan fitness coaches who help people build strength, transform their bodies, and feel confident and healthy on a vegan diet.
Jenny is Irish, Katie is American, and we’re now based in Glasgow, coaching clients around the world.
We’re passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive space where people can thrive on a vegan lifestyle.
Vegan Fitness Coach
Jenny has over 10 years of experience helping people improve their body composition through sustainable training and lifestyle change. After previously owning and running her own fitness studio, she now focuses on online coaching, allowing her to support clients anywhere in the world.
Jenny is passionate about helping people realise they are capable of far more than they think, both physically and mentally. Her approach is supportive, evidence-based, and centred on long-term results rather than quick fixes.
Outside of coaching, Jenny enjoys strength training, hiking, spending time in nature, and playing music.

Vegan Fitness Coach
Katie brings elite athletic experience and plant-based nutrition expertise to every client she works with. As a former Division I basketball player in New York and a semi-professional player in Ireland, she knows what it takes to train with purpose, discipline, and consistency.
For the past 1.5 years, she has applied that experience as a certified personal trainer, helping clients build strength, improve fitness, and feel confident in their bodies.
By day, Katie is an accountant and holds degrees in English, History, and Business (random!).
Outside of coaching, Katie enjoys lifting weights, running, hiking, and reading nutrition books.

We became vegan because we love animals and wanted our choices to reflect that. For us, it felt natural to move toward a lifestyle that aligns with our values.
As we learned more about veganism, we discovered not only the health benefits but also the positive impact it has on the environment, which were added bonuses!
We believe that every life is precious, and we love living in a way that supports our health and wellbeing while doing what we can to positively impact the lives of innocent animals and our planet.
