We recommend a minimum 3-months coaching to give you the time, support, and guidance needed to see results.

Fill out our coaching application so we can understand your goals, experience, lifestyle, and preferences.
Step 2: Chat & Coaching Fit Check
Once we review your application, we’ll reach out to see if we’re a good fit. This can be a call or a chat via WhatsApp to make sure we can help you reach your goals.
Step 3: Onboarding & Welcome Pack
Once you sign up and complete our detailed onboarding form, we send you your Welcome Pack and start building your personalised plan.
Step 4: Your Personalised Plan & App Setup
Within 2 days, your plan is ready! We set you up on our coaching app, where you can see your exercises, vegan recipe meal guides, nutrition targets, and all your personalised coaching details. Every plan is personally designed by us, never AI-generated, so it’s tailored to your goals.
Step 5: Weekly Check-Ins & Ongoing Support
Check in weekly for progress updates, personalised feedback, and plan adjustments. Ongoing support keeps you consistent and on track.
